Mark Mathia is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Signature Performance, Inc. He is leading in several areas of the firm such as Experience, Talent Operations/HR, Talent Acquisitions/HR, and a member of Signature’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). His calling is to attract and retain world-class talent and champion the Associate experience.  Mark helped ignite the organizational experience strategy by introducing comprehensive engagement programming that connects the Associate experience with the client experience curating a one of a kind brand immersion that has led to Best Place to Work honors and exceptional performance ratings from clients. With a myriad of coaching credentials including certification as a Gallup Strengths Coach, Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified Positive Psychology Coach, and credentialed through the John Maxwell Team, as a coach, speaker, and trainer. Mark empowers Associates to bring their best selves to work through positive coaching interventions and constant development opportunities.

 A lifelong entrepreneur, Mr. Mathia has spent a majority of his career in the healthcare industry. From leading an organization that helped hospitals improve revenue to consulting with organizations on how to build dynamic teams, Mr. Mathia is committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry and beyond.

He lives in Omaha with his wife Shanna and three kids. They enjoy being awed by the magic at Disney World, rapping along with the Hamilton soundtrack and cheering on the Denver Broncos football team. Mr. Mathia earned his undergraduate degree in Business Communications from Dana College in Blair, Nebraska, and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska.

Amid life’s storms and the crashing waves of troubles, resolute always finds its path back to True North. Gifting me to help myself and others finish the race set before us resolute finishes the race strong. [Hebrews 12:1] Achieving through grace all that the Good Lord has in mind resolute is faithful—being resolute means that everything is always working out for me. Resolute frees me to question, challenge, and empower those I serve to be the best and purest version of themselves. Resolute is helping those I serve expand professionally and personally. Resolute means making my vocation a calling and bringing those I care for closer to meaning at work and in life.
